Shooting sports is a group of competitive and recreational sporting activities involving proficiency tests of accuracy, precision and speed in shooting — the art of using ranged weapons, mainly man-portable guns (firearms and airguns). Rifle shooting is important and key part in armed forces training that is the life of a soldier. Defence Force League has started Rifle Shooting training under guidance of Armed Forces Experts to provide quality training to the youth students. As a part of International level sport, our aim is to provide such level training to make maximum sportsman in rifle shooting to represent India.
Archery is the sport, practice, or skill of using a bow to shoot arrows. Indian Armed History has great contribution of this weapon. From ancient times Archery is used in battles against distant enemies. As an international level sport, we are providing its quality training to the youth students for keeping our ancient sport culture alive and nurture their talent to represent our country on various platform in this sport.
Defence Force League has various Martial Art Experts from Indian Armed Forces veterans who can guide young students in Mix Martial Art techniques to achieve higher level in this unique sport. This includes Boxing, Kick Boxing, Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Ancient Indian Martial arts,etc.
Self Defence Techniques
Self Defence is most important in this modern world where personal safety can be safeguarded on our own. Defence Force League is committed to provide self defence training to various young students , especially to the girls for increasing their strength and confidence to live freely in this world. Self Defence Training sessions and workshops are arranged time to time in the schools to introduce the students with various threats and make them stronger to face that situation.
Swimming is an individual or team racing sport that requires the use of one’s entire body to move through water. The sport takes place in pools or open water. It has various health benefits and increases physical strength along with flexibility. To join Indian Navy, swimming is very important and its life saving during disasters. Defence Force League has experts who created history in this sport. We are providing the youths with such level of guidance in swimming sport.
